No matter how strong and aware we are, sometimes we end up dropping ourselves into situations we didn’t want to experience again. Situations that shrink our strength and energy.

It can be a blog post that reminds you of your worth, a video that inspires to take necessary steps to make the days count, a book that suggests some effective ways to protect energy and time, a quotation that highlights the importance of self love and self care, a poem which illustrates kindness or a person who talks about great ideas, provides you guidance and understands you in a deeper level.
What we surround ourselves with has a significant impact on the type of live that we live.
When we surround ourselves with these people and things that support our growth, when we are surrounded by that good energy, it protects us from getting into unnecessary situations that can waste our time and energy.
On the other hand, if someone is currently going through a tough situation, being surrounded by these supportive people and things can aid to effectively handle the situation without becoming a victim of the possible harmful outcomes.
