Sometimes we forget to enjoy life when we get busy, working hard to achieve our dreams and taking care of responsibilities.
But the truth is, you don’t really need a scheduled period of time to enjoy life. You don’t need to wait till you go to a place where you can relax or till you have collected a considerable amount of money in your bank account.
Little things!
Yes there are little things you can enjoy throughout the day, on a daily basis for free. Things too little that they even go unnoticed.
So what are those little things?
- Smell of your morning coffee?
- Smile with a random stranger?
- Write a short poem about something?
- Listen to one of your favorite songs?
- Read some pages of a book you love?
- Think about blessings in your life?
- Eat a chocolate?
- Meditate for few minutes?
- Spend time with your dog?
- Send a random compliment to someone?
- Smile with yourself in mirror like a crazy little kid?
- Hug your partner so tight before going to the bed?
Why not enjoy the beauty of nature?
- Look into the morning sky and watch how nicely the clouds flow?
- Way the tall trees stand on roads?
- Some fresh air?
- Signings of birds?
- Sound of raindrops?
- Silence of nature?
- Beautiful sun set colors of the clouds?
- Way the stars blink in dark night sky?
There are a lot of little things you can enjoy throughout the day that can make you feel refreshed, alive and happy.
What happens when you start enjoying these little things is, even without your knowledge you start to live a life that is way more relaxed and peaceful.
Cause your day is filled with little things you enjoy.
Therefore find those little things that excite you and bring you good cheer. Enjoy them every now and then. Make your days special. Make your days brighter.
OH yes I totally agree with you. Beautiful images 🙂 ♡

We’re often bombarded with messages that admonish us: “think big,” “go for the gold,” “climb the ladder of success.” And do all this now! Yet when we follow this advice, we’re more apt to feel exhausted, inadequate or both. Nothing is inherently wrong with it. But when we believe that “big” is better than “small,” or that “stretching to the limit” is better than “taking it easy,” that “be the best you can be” trumps “appreciating who you are,” you’re simply not being fair to yourself. Sometimes in life it is important to relax and enjoy the little things in life that give us joy. If you neglect to enjoy these little things, what are you left with? It’s the daily struggles, the disappointments and the disasters that plop on our doorsteps when we least expect it.
Not everybody is meant to make it “big.” Not everybody wants to be multitasking all day long. Not everybody wants to have “crazy busy” be their new normal. Not everybody wants to devote their energy to going for the gold.
Great post 👍

Exactly! I couldn’t agree with you more! If we keep chasing “the big” all the time, we unintentionally start to miss out all the “amazing small moments” that can add beauty to our lives. Having it “big” and getting anxious over making it “big” is a dangerous trend that prevent us from truly experiencing the blessings and beauty of our lives. Sometimes it’s those “small things” that matter the most. And thank you very much for reading and for your words of wisdom. Have a nice day and yes don’t forget to enjoy the little things 🙂

Yes great advice. We should enjoy little things in our life because there’s no perfect time to do anything.
The minute you start doing work your perfect time starts.
